It's been a while since I was in Melbourne, but I'd contact Shannon's Classic Cars. If they don't offer a service themselves, they can surely tell you where they send their work.

I can't find one either, so i do it myself.

I would be interested if you come up with anyone though. I'm in SE suburbs also!!
