Appreciate input on new car arrival: Things I should bring up to the dealer

Hi.

I've noticed there are a lot of different threads dated from way back till recently regarding items that should be brought up with the dealers.

SO I was wondering, as of today 10/4/03, what are the problems or upgrades that need to be mentioned to the dealer?

I'm picking my car up within a week, hopefully. So I want to compile a list of items to bring up with my dealer, so I don't need to go through 10 dealer visits, after I find problems with my car.

I seriously really appreciate any help here everyone. Thanks a lot!

Hi, you probably won't have any problems at all. Unless your car already has the new oil level sender mod you may want to ask when the dealer will get the parts - assuming the light coming on gets annoying. This won't even happen untill you use a quart or more from full. I practiced going into 6th gear. The spring loading is to the 3 - 4 slot so you need a little sideways pressure for 5 to 6. The shift is a real delight and the engine enjoys mixed low - higher rev driving
