Souteast PA/DE/MD caravan to rotorfest 7/8/07
i thought i might start a thread for those of us in southeastern PA, Delaware and points south....
meet-up for the caravan will be at the McDonalds on rt 452 exit off Interstate 95 (second exit into PA coming from DE)
Meet time = 830AM
Route - Interstate 95 to the Trenton area then rte 31 north all the way till the end...make a right onto rte 46....Island Dragway is 6 miles up on the left...
any questions, please feel free to PM me and leave your cell..

I was just looking at the maps and it would seem that we need to meet up at McD's around 7:30 and pull out by 7:50 in order to make sure we hook up with the rest stop caravan at 9:00am. That is unless you have a REALLY GOOD radar detector - I can't afford another ticket...

i actually looked at the map last nite to get a better view....from our area...it really way outta the way to take the turnpike all the way up to 80....we are gonna have a group meeting tomorrow about it but it appears that it would be better to take 95 all the way up to the trenton area then get on 31 which literally takes us right to the track...
your thoughts?? i havent measure mileage yet....but we still would have a reasonably big caravan of our own...

Jeff is meeting any one who is traveling north on the tpk at that rest stop at 9am...if its close to you, you should meet up with him
we might not be coming up the turnpike cuz its really outta the way time and gas wise....

Hey ben, mine is a different thread, I plan on chillin at the NJTurnpike spot for a bit then meetin up with chrism and the NYC crew at their spot up north, THEN head to the track from there.

Late notice, but I might make this- i can go and nothings in the schedule, its just that the rest of the weekend im so slammed as it is, so it'll be a game time decision-
BUT...coming from DC , would it be easier to meet w/you guys or just go straight to the rest stop off the tpike (as noted in the other thread?)

we'll probably be leaving there around 830am....we are NOT taking the turnpike as its way outta the way from this locale...
