Ventrilo is a voice chat program that gamers use. the program has its own port and IP add to ever is hosting one. and guild leader is umm pretty much a clan leader of a certain MMO. you ever seen everquest or world of warcraft? well those games have guilds aka clan. dont ask me how i know this lol.

that would be crazy! I have admin rights on a friend's Vent Server and if I couldn't kick them, i probably couldn't take the server offline....that would suck!!
