I got my letter today. The day it was due to be back at mazda. I'm glad I printed one I found online and sent it in, otherwise I'd be SOL. I think I'll be calling them anyway and letting them know that this kind of thing is pretty sorry from a customer service department.

i sent a copy in too before i received it in the mail which still i have not yet received. i doubt if you hadnt sent the copy in and sent the one in you received today after 10-1 that they would have had a problem with that.
