and my computer area the pc on the right is a liquid cooled dual core 2.66 with a geforce 8800 GTX with 668mb? and 2 gigs of ram (upgrading soon to 4)...i think i scored last in the low 9000s on 3dmark 06. the subwoofer underneath is 300 watts but its not surround (again i know) the laptop is a little older but 2 years ago was a gaming machine now its my aim box and travel computer.

I see no reason with living under your parents house at the age of 19 while you are going to college. Sounds like a smart choice to me!

My g/f refuses to get a job so I made us move in with her parents lol, but I pay them rent just not nearly the rent of flying solo supporting two. In this economy I don't see any problems with living with parents. Shoot people are shacking with parents then moving in with grandma. 3 generations in houses these days.
Also another big reason I'm doing it is so I can save to buy a house as FHA loans aren't any good anymore. Best investment you can make right now is buying a house. You would be an idiot to move into an apartment instead of just dealing with parents for 2 years and saving 10g for a downpayment on a house.
With that being said after work i'll get a picture of my funny ass setup of coffee stands and end tables as my computer surfaces LOL.

footrest is just a footrest. As for the box under the screen, It's a Logitech Squeezebox boom. plays music and doubles as a sweet set of PC speakers.
