Hey all. I wanted to start a thread on Black RX-8's. I just think the color black compliments this car's styling and design 100%.

Also when drving on the street it appears to be more intimidating to other drviers that would want to pass you, hee hee. Puts them in their place doesn't it?:D

LOVE my black car only thing is keeping it clean. Looks sharp when it is clean though. Tinted the windows mirror now i have to ride with the windows down more. You know what I mean.

BLACK IS THE WORST TO CLEAN!!! But it looks bullet proof when it's clean and waxed. Oooooo yeeaahhhhh.......

what kind of wax are you using? curious to find the best some people say maguires. I dont want to get the swirls on my new car.

I used Zaino's and the car looks great. It cleans up a lot easier now too.

I always use liquid wax. Never paste.

I love black, mines on order for Spring delivery.

I will very soon! In the fall the color black reflects the red and orange colors of the leaves realy well. It's beautiful!

I was dumb enough to purchase the dealer paint protector - its a teflon wax system...

i'm actually happy I was dumb enough to buy it because the car hardly ever water sports and every rainstorm seems to act like a car wash :p
