Just a quickie -

I have not seen it on the lists , and thought it was Japan only, but someone here (in one of the threads , forget which) says we can get the Start button.

So , Only if you know we CAN get the button , please post here ! (I dont want 200 answers of 'no you cant' ! ! ) :)

Its not in the accessories book, nor on the price list.

I know you dont want a whole list of 'no' posts but the only one I've seen talked about here is on privatly imported from Japan.

Ah-ha ! I found the culprit !

Renegade_si - You claim "We can get the Jap start button" in a prev post. How so ?

I believe it's available for all right hand drive cars... I think they do neet to be manual though.

I've seen it listed for sale on a few internet sites.

HOWEVER, I haven't seen the coin box myself on the UK car, so assuming it is there (and why wouldn't it be in all reasonableness) then indeed we can have it....

The coin box is low down under the curve of the dash on the far right next to the door (same as on my MX3).

Seems a bit hidden away for a start button, most others are very prominent near the centre console. After all as its pretty much of a gimmick, so there isn't any point if it cant be seen.
