I am selling my 2004 Mazda RX-8 Grand Touring Edition. I am located in Central New Jersey. As sad as I am to see this car go, with a family of 6, it has lost most of its practicality so I just recently purchased a Mercedes Benz E320 Sedan and am now looking to sell this car. I also have the CarFax history report certifying that every single aspect of this car is clean and all the service records of the car to show how well it was taken care of. No stories at all. The car was last serviced on 5/17/07 with all the maintenance done at Crystal Mazda dealership in Green Brook, NJ. Full warranty comes attached with the car and lasts up to 4 years/50,000 miles (good until September of 2008). The car also comes with a complimentary service package I purchased from the dealership for free oil change every 2500 miles, tire rotation & alignment, and various other free services to maintain the car and is fully transferable along with the warranty.

This car is in flawless condition. Only one owner. Clean title. Only 24,600 miles. This car is loaded with every option available from the dealer. I will list as many as I can below.

The exterior of the car is Velocity Red. The paint still shines and is glossy as new. The car features sunroof and the optional Xenon (HID) headlights & fog lamps. No dents, dings, scratches or any flaws anywhere on the car. I have had the car garaged since new. Washed every 2 weeks and waxed every month. It never sees rain or snow. The car also features 18” KONIG Triple Plated Dark Chrome rims that are a few weeks old and still shine like new (Sorry haven't gotten a chance to take pictures of the car with the rims yet). Also comes with a fifth rim just in case you dent or scratch one of the ones on the car (These rims retail for over $1750). I also just purchased and had the dealer install brand new KUMHO ultra high performance all season tires.

The interior of the car is where it really shines. It features

-Beautiful 2 tone leather interior
-GPS NAVIGATION system
-8-way power adjustable driver seat
-Power Sun Roof with Slide and Tilt Functions
-Bose 300 watt 9-speaker sound system with AudioPilot w/in-dash CD
-Dual power mirrors
-Programmable garage door opener
-Auto dimming rear view mirror with Homelink
-DSC traction control, dual heated seats and heated mirrors
-Cruise control
-Aftermarket COBRA alarm system.
-and probably plenty of other things I’m forgetting to mention.

The steering wheel also features volume control, radio, CD, mute, and cruise control functions all at the tip of your fingers. There is a whole bunch of other stuff listed in the manual I’m probably forgetting. There are no rips, stains, tears or wear on the leather or interior AT ALL. The seats, dashboard, and headliner look and smell new.

I will also have the car professionally cleaned and detailed once I find a serious buyer.

interesting selection of leather with the VR...but Bump!!

thanks. i don't see this interior combination on VR's at all for some reason. i personally found it perfect as the black/red interior looked kind of cheap/fake and the all black interior was just too plain for me. but then again that's just my personal taste.

Most of the trouble they had in their long term test was to to a variety of factory recalls which of course have already been taken care of with this car :)

the chaparral /black interior is a bit more classy, looks more expensive nd upscale and i personally liked it over the red/black.
