Infact Our Bumpers fits without the White Bracket. Most of the Body Kits do not need it. Its stays very strong and reduces installaton time by almost 60 % - 70 %.

accolade - anything you can do for that gap b/w the front bumper and hood? it seems to be pretty noticable in some of the pictures. or is it not as bad as some of those show? i was pretty set on waiting for the shine autobahn kit to open up again but this looks like a very promising alternative if the fitment is good and quality is right.

Dammit I'm soo pissed that these just came out!!! I sold my 8 last Nov.!

i dont mind the gap if its consistent. its a certain width until the headlight area then closes abrubtly. then where it meets the fenders at the side lamps it is completly closed. that of course could be the bodyshop and not Accolade as the Accolade car has nicely consistent gaps.

I'm interested in the fenders, I just want to wait on a review for fitment from a reputable RX8 owner first

Im not a reputable rx8 owner but i still can give a review about it. I havent had other aftermarket body work done so i think it will make me not biased and give people my true opinion on the product. Im hoping fitment is good and wont require alot of extra work to get it to fit good and stuff.

This GB already happened, and once that's done, if there is the demand, they'll make another set. I think it took 2 weeks for the parts to be made and arriving at their warehouse.

I believe there are MS brackets for the fogs and MS front.

fenders and front look great. except they said that they would be predrilled and they aren't which really sucks cause now i have to do through and drill everything. But they look like they will fit everything. I havent tried to drill new holes to try and fit fog lights yet.

I emailed the shipments@body-kit.com just for an update on the group buy and then i got a reply with a tracking number and an estimated arrival date. but like i said. they were not predrilled. I did find out that the holes are marked so it isnt that bad.

just received my fenders last week cant wait to paint and install them. the quality seems to be very well made, looks like they will fit very good. won't know until i put them on.

I just got mine today. It may be a while until I get mine fitted and painted, probably over the winter. But from the initial inspection they look very good. They are pretty thick, so flexing wont be a concern.

I cant wait to see others reviews on fitment and such.

The first to do so, please start a thread in the exterior section so everyone will take a look. Not sure that they will look at this as much.

What about the fender strakes for the C-spec fenders?

i have mine in the body shop right now- fitment was fine on the passenger side but drivers side was cracked upon delivery near the headlight and fitment was pretty tight. Its probably because of that plastic piece on the lower part that i didnt remove.... still wondering about the strakes for these if they will be available??

Why don't you send me that kit to replace the PFRP kit you sold me that you falsely advertised as TFF on you site (which you have conveniently changed since i complained to the BBB).

I know this is an older thread but you really may want to research this company on www.evolutionm.net They have a pretty shady rep for bad fitment and even worse customer service. Potential buyer beware.

that is a good price, especially considering it is with shipping.. i think the fenders fit fine, but some light work is needed from what i hear to make them look perfect, nothing a body shop cant handle.

as far as the company accolade has a decent rep.

I helped install them on my friends 8, and there is no helping offset fenders. It will he too high on the top and you have to drill out all the holes. Clear corners are a bit hard to get in because it's too think at the bolt part of the clear corner.

Aren't the clear corners the same size as the orange ones (purely from a logic point of vue)?

Also, aren't they mounted on the front bumper, not the fenders?

These guys have issues with Customer Service and false advertisment.

There have been problems on the 3 forums,6 forums,here and the Mitsubishi forums.

I wonder how much longer they stay in buisness in the states?

I am not trying to bash this company,just making an observation of what I have seen on the forums

it doesn't matter to me the fitment because i work with fiberglass and i'm to lazy to make a plug that would work.............making these wouldn't be that hard but like i said i'm lazy and also anything with fiberglass is going to be prone to warpage because metal and fiberglass have different expanding ratios over time so regardless you should run into problems some where.......besides i plane on modding these any way if i were to get some
