Hey guys, for those of you without HIDs, which halogen replacement you think its best?

I replaced mine with sylvania silverstar ones, they are brighter but they are not white at all.. very disappointing.

Im mainly looking for one that is blue (or very white) and D.O.T approved to match my car, any opinions?
