This happened all the time in St. Louis.

when i was in highschool we had a few girls that would have what looked like a peacock tail on the back of their head that stuck up like 2 feet was always a different collor from the rest of their hair and was thin. i never understood it but meh its not me so who cares

That is pretty awesome. I wonder if they could do their hair up like a dinosaur. That'd be even better.
