winning blue RX-8 MT. Wooooooooooooooooooo. Still gettin the hang of driving stick, but im looovin this car. Been driving a pick-up truck so to me this car feels like a rocket.

roll down your windows in crowded parking lots and busy streets, you can hear people oooooing and ahhhhhhing. It's great, like being in a parade or something. Enjoy, although I think that's gonna come natrually.

yeah just went for a spin and some guy yelled out "what the #$% is that?"....im lucky i didnt stall when the light turned green after that....

I didn't turn too many heads but here's a story.. Sunday I was at the beach and found an incredible completely empty parking lot right across the beach which usually is full. Wasn't sure. Was there some no parking sign somewhere? I didn't see anything.

When I come back, sure enough as soon as I get ready to leave there's some guy in uniform pointing upset with his thumb at some sign. Damn. I have the car 3 days and get my first ticket and it's not even for speeding.

Turns out he didn't point at a sign but gave me the thumbs up :-) He said "I'll be damned. They build Ferarris, Porsches and then they come up with this. WHAT is this? I've never seen any car like this?"

Didn't tell him that the RX-8 costs about as much as a Ferrari's door, just said 'it's brand-new' :-)

I hadn't for the longest time (except for my neighbor) but in the last week I saw 2 near my work in Santa Monica.

if u see a base red thats probly me. i don't think that many people have base models. hey puppy u say got 19-24 mpg how do u drive ur car? (shiftwise, conservatively, etc)
