Took a long drive today with 3 passengers. Normally, we would have taken something else, but it was a matter of circumstance. Anyway, two of them were fairly large while me and other person were short. Two short people in the front, two big folks in the back...and me praying it works out.

The hefty back passengers were shocked at the room and comfort of the seats. I cranked up the siurius, took some rpms up to near redline on the on ramps and took a couple of spirited turn near our destination. They were loving it! Comments of "what is this again?", and "I was thinking of getting something like this" to "what a smooth ride". And the doors had em' "what the hell".

It was a fun trip and really changed the whole feeling of the meeting once we got there. I admit, it was not an ideal situation but it worked out great and my
co-workers kinda understand what the 8 is all about now.

Really? I've only ever had 3 (total) in the car for long trips. The girl got the back seat as she is 5'2 and weighs a little bit of nothing. She complains about the center console the most. That thing leaves no "wiggle" room at all. Looks good, but not very practical. The dog loves it though. It's like a highway from front to back for him.

I've done a couple of long trips with three total but only short trips with four.
Two big and two small will fit but four big won't. I've also had complaints about the lack of wiggle room but this was for the front passenger seat. Just tell everyone to think of it as a Lear Jet

There were some funny comments about the space, but like I said, it a matter of circumstance. Two had cars in the shop and the other person didn't have a car
(grad student). I'd never say "let's take me car" with enthusiam but it was fun and allowed us to get to know each other better.

Took three other peeps to a bar after a track day and they all commented how comfy it was...they were also surprised that it could still accelerate as strongly as it did...

Say, assuming anyone could drive, which would be the most comfortable for everyone, particularly in terms of leg room: 2 tall people in front with 2 short people in back—or the other way around?
