Got a pic, that I modified to fit within the 100x100 pixel size, however, it is well above the limit of 6XXX bytes. The photo is small after changing the image size, and i've set the resolution very very low, yet it still saves too large.

I'm using photshop 7, how can i save the picture so that the number of bytes shrink down to below the required size?
