Quick update.. I had a conversation with the manager at Fontana and they told me that the place will only hold 120ish max (In Carolina room)! I know we'll have over 250 people showing up at this event.. and I need all of you to post here if you are going to make it to dinner or not. Otherwise, Fontana will not have enough food and seating area... SO! please post here if you are going to make it for dinner on Saturday night! Yup me and my fiancee will be there. There are 99 (100-1 since there is a dup on it) people signed up for dinner so far. I'm expecting only 60-80 of the people to actually make it though.

You are correct! Carolina Room will only hold 120 people.

Once its filled, you would have to seat somewhere else (possibly another room)..

This is my prediction.. as of now 60+ rooms have been reserved... Most people are sharing those rooms so at least 120+ people will be at Fontana (most likely 150+). And I'm guessing 90+% of the people will attend the dinner..

It will really help me and people at Fontana if we knew approximated number before this wednesday.

Also, Friday dinner at Sweetwater BBQ... well, their limit is 96.

My fiancee and I will also be there for both.

I'm iffy for dinner on Friday. We are going rafting during the day and depending on what time we get done doing that will determine if we make it to Sweetwater on Friday. If we get started early enough we should be able to make it. It takes about 5hours round trip from fontana to raft.
