On Friday nights, a bunch of people bring their cars out to the Forum by Cici's pizza. I went out there on Friday and was the only 8. I was just wondering if any of you have heard of/gone to this?

First i've heard of it... i'll be glad to join in if you're making a repeat visit this friday. What time are we talking here?

It's every Friday from what people tell me. I'm probably planning on getting there around 6:30-7. That's assuming the weather is nice, of course.

No problem. There's always next time. AfroCreame (Blake + 1.5) and shawrf1 (Rob) showed up. We seemed to attract a lot of attention, I wonder why... A while after the other 2 guys left, I saw another black RX8 go by (was that you Blake?).

BTW: Thanks go out to Rob & Blake + family for showing up. It was great to finally meet you guys face to face!

Yea, it was great meeting you guys! There were alot more cars than I thought there would be. Everything from junkers to $90k Benzo's! I know one thing though, Mazda should send you a check for advertising! Everyone was stuck on your car..hah. Next time I'll drop the wife off at the mall and I'll head up there for a longer time. Yea that was us that drove by. I had to run to Best Buy for a new mouse, then pigged out at CiCi's. Did you get a good listen on Robs Greddy Exhaust? Looked sweet! Anyway, great meeting you guys and hopefully we can represtent the RX8 soon once more!

Good meeting you guys last night! I won't be able to make it next Fri. (10/3), but we definitely need a bigger Mazda/RX-anything contingent next time... where is everyone anyways??

A lot of people seem to like the blue (me included). The more people we can show the cars off too, the more of a group we get. We may even get enough to form some type of Alamo RX8 club...

Rob's exhaust did look pretty sweet! I heard it a little, but he wasn't revving very high when he left so I didn't get a good feel for how it sounded. From what I heard it sounded pretty good.

I'll put up a post for when I go up there again. Maybe DoobyWho will remember this time ;)

I just put something on rx7forum, so we'll see how many people we get next time (in 2 Fridays sound good?) For Blake, I'm sure it all depends on when the baby decides to make an appearance :)

Where on Stone Oak & 1604? Is this the Buck's Landing thing? I live in Stone Oak, and since I don't have my car yet, I could wash and wax the wife's Honda Odyssey!! Yeehaaa, look at those automatic doors!!!!
