I wanted to know what a good day for all of us to meet was. I'm game for any time after work (5p.m.) during the weekday and whenever during the weekend.

So far I know of myrx8, Rotar_Dude, Mrs. SHOWOFF & myself in the K.C. area. If I left anyone out please reply and we'll get a meeting going somewhere we all agree on.

I've seen a yellow and have wave to a fellow RX-8er (Red) on my way to work one morning. Let me know if that was any of you out there.

When I was goping down to the Plaza Art fair on Friday, some guy and his wife were driving a silver rx8. It was this first time I have seen another RX8.

I've seen a black, red, and silver rx-8's on the road. I'm game for a meet anytime.

I got them from Sunflower Mazda. I don't know if they have anymore in stock. What dealer did everyone get there's from?

do i count down in Springfield? i come up to the KC area all the time for family and i have a good friend up there as well

We should pick a time and date to get together. I want to see one of the strakes installed.

How about Next Monday around 6 in the evening when everyone gets off of work. I'll be at both sides of town so it doesn't matter where, just let me know if that day is good for everyone and then we can agree on a place.

lol, looks like it will just be the two of us. I'm actually going to drop my car off of Sunflower Mazda for an oil change Monday morning and hope they'll be done by lunch time but if not, i'll be picking it up after work. so we can meet somewhere near there.

i have an auto-x that weekend, hmm the weekend after that maybe?

we'll (Mrs. Showoff and I) be at KCIR this friday for a few baseline runs before the tuning begins.

I usually go to the KCIR on wednesday for racing.

Haven't been out there for a while.

Please keep me informed of your tuning. I want to see what results you get before I start playing around.

Every Thursday at Starbucks on 119th st across from the Sprint Campus, just off of 119th and Metcalf 7:30 pm til whenever.

Finally got activated on this forum. Just wanted to chime in with a Silver GT in the Brookside area. You'll see the Age & Treachery Racing sticker on the back. You all are welcome to come by our weekly breakfast stop at Sharp's, 128 W. 63rd in Brookside - roughly 8am to 9:30am every Saturday.

I am in the KC area (Olathe), but I don't own an RX-8. :)

Who is going to Starbucks? I was going to last Thrusday, but with all the rain, I did a no show.

Heck, put me down for Thursday night. Reckon I can venture over into Johnson County.

I'll be at Sheridan's Friday at 7pm, the only rotary I got is a couple of Wankel books and an RX-8 ballcap.

Ooops, I saw this post too late or we would've made it out to Noland. Yeah, my car club...GroupOne gets together every Thursday around 7:30ish at Starbucks off 119th (and Metcalf-ish). Even if you don't see an 8 - just stop by (we may be driving the Eclipse or the 8...or both). Everyone is nice there. Hope to meet some more 8's soon. So far the only ones that have met are me, my husband, and Mark...right?
My husband has to work this Saturday. As long as I can remember we will try to stop by sometime. Oh yeah, I already posted this in the other KC post, but there is a charity car show in Shawnee. Check this website for details: www.groupone.org in the events section.

Any one know of a Kasnas RX-8 Car club or MO RX-8 car club?

It appears that it is a failed seal in the front of the right rotor. There have been a number of others, can't say how many. I took it in with 923 miles on it, it had been leaving small amounts of a green fluid on my garage floor since shortly after I got it. The good news is they are replacing my engine before something major happens - the bad news is I've been without it for over two :(
