Has anyone received a follow-up letter from Mazda with the Debit Card and information on Service? I sent my reply the day after I received the letter (was one of the first to get the letter), but haven't heard back yet. It's getting to be that time for an oil change and just wondering if you haven't gotten your letters yet, if anyone has tried to redeem the service?

i was told that after 3 or 4 days from them getting the letter back that the service info would be loaded into there system so all dealers could access that info and the free service would start right away.also 6 weeks before we get are debit card.
