I believe that she wanted to be buried next to her son. I would imagine thats what he will do.

There was not one person sitting at the table that seemed to have a steady job or a decent source of income - None of them seemed to have any real regard for Nicole - but they all seem to have the Gold Fever! Now that is creepy!!!!

Here's my take on things. The mom is a fake and never cared about Anna, the ex-boyfriend looks like a dazed drunk and Stern is Dr Kavorkian's son. Hell they need to take the money and start a halfway house for women who think they are someone else and try to cure them.

I find it eeryly convenient that as soon as there is an "heir to the empire", The eldest son (which would be old enought to take over the finances when his mother died) gets 'offed, (excuse me, I meant to say tragically dies under suspicious, I mean accidental circumstances) and not 3 months later she is bitting the dust, leaving little Dannylyn, in a foreign country, whoose laws conveniently favor Howard. (and Dannylyn being too young to manage her mother's estate, essentially given control of her estate to whoever gets the custody, with certin limits of course)

Anna's Mom accused Stern of murdering both the son and Anna and then she went on to say she feared for the little girl's life..And, methadone was found with Sterns name on it....

The DNA should be very interesting - I am rather hoping that the Royal who married Gza Gza Gabor is the father - I think he might be the most sober of the lot! Maybe they should hold a baby lottery and open it to the public - give away lovely baby who might be brain damaged and 10 million dollars....

She did, it was put together by Stern - it made him the executor and it left everything only to the son and excluded anything going to any future children... But Stern outsmarted himself -

The judge ruled that no normal mother exlude future children, but that since the boy was dead, and no clause had been made to leave the money to anyone else - there was no will! since the boy had made none himself - thus, Stern could not be in charge of a non-will, and the money must all go to the next of kin - the daughter. But Stern was no longer the lega caretaker of the daughter since he excluded himself by being the executor of the no longer legal will, so the daughter's legal work was to be assigned t to an independent lawyer for the probate process.

Stern had named himself father on the daughter's birth certificate - but this still has to be proven by the DNA test that Stern had refused to permit. And he had never married Nicole, he had only done an engaged to be engaged ceremony - Nicole remained able to keep her 'single mother' status...

Thus, the child should go to its next of kin - a male with matching DNA, and if he cannot be found, then the baby goes to it's Grandmother on Nicole's side....

All Stern gets is Nicole's body, to bury in the Bahamas and the 6 million he earned in legal fees for securing the money the old man left behind (I would sure like to see what killed the old man!) If Nicole died of a methadone overdose there may be legal questions about Sterns role... Witness claim to have seen him giving Methadone to the boy who died...And Stern was found to have Meth prescriptions in his own name...

Stern also loses the Bahama house because it was only on loan to them, until Nicole was to receive a check from Slimfast so they could made a down payment on it - the owner wants it back and was trying to move them out earlier...Nicole said 'he gave it to her' but there are no papers to show that and there were papers that were to be submitted when the money finally came - Stern himself has not worked for years and is living off of money he borrowed from his aging and retired parents...

The one who will get fat will be the lawyer the judge appointed to look after the babys legal work! I think he can charge fees to the estate and the kid will be lucky to get anything!

And for you Necro types - her face is gone - seems she was pretty much full of germs and she was decaying so fast that they kept interrupting the hearing with calls pleading with the Judge to let them bury the corpse because it was spoiling inspite of preservatives and chilling... :Drooling_
