just wanted to know if anyone has an idea of what could be wrong. At idle the car is very rough and if the clutch is released all the way then there is a bad belt sound (like a light skreech)... now for the real problem when starting out the car sounds deeper/throaty and struggles from 0-3800 rpms. when the engine is cold you can feel a real spike at 3800rpms, you can feel the car come back to normal power. Any ideas guys? no cels and the oil is ok... its getting changed tomorrow but i really dont think this is an oil problem

Your not supposed to drive the car when cold. The ECU will retard timing and make you slow down.

Aren't a second set of intake ports supposed to open up around 3800rpm? maybe the first ones aren't opening up.

Yes, around 3800 the intake ports open up (causing a slight drip in power then going back up). This also happens at around 7400rpms or so.

Also, I sometimes get the clutch squeal when applying the clutch...usually if im just about stopped and I press the clutch in.

I found this from a while ago explaining the S-DAIS system in the 8

Looking at the chart zoom44 put up. Maybe it's the #1 injectors? not doing their job and at 3750rpms is when the #2 pri. and sec. start
