From Edmonton, one of the local forums is gauging interest for a cruise to calgary for something called cool cars for cancer. The idea is to get about 2500 or so cars together for the meet and have one big bbq. Here's some more info.

Well being at your destination, I just might have to drive up there to visit friends and then join the group to head home!

I believe the meet itself is going to be in Calgary at the Mcmahn (spelling) stadium. That would be awesome if you guys could make it up here and then we could all cruise down as a convoy within the rest of the cruise. There's going to be lots of other clubs driving down in this cruise.

Also, it just happends to be the same weekend of mazda in the mountains. I'm not sure exactly where "in the mountains" it's held, but if we can get enough of the poeple showing up for MITM to come down for CCFC then we might just cruise from there.

I'll keep you guys posted and if you're interested, keep that whole weekend open because I garantee there will be group to cruise down with whether you're in Edmonton, Calgary or going to MITM.
