I have read about the ridiculously long wait times when you call the buy-back number.

I was on hold for more than an hour and a half today waiting for a representative.

I am so sick of the zoom zoom zoom song and the recorded woman telling me how important my call is to them that I am flinching every 13 seconds or so.

This is the first negative thing I have ever posted about Mazda, but crappy customer service like this is totally unacceptable.

Not that I would consider selling them back this beaut ;)

The wait is entirely too long. I waited on hold for an hour and twenty-eight minutes before I gave up. I wanted to know if we could trade the RX-8 to the local Mazda dealer for a new care in lieu of waiting for Mazda NA to do the paperwork processing. I still don't have an answer. Anyone else look into this?

mazda customer service sounds like dmv or our court system
sucks
