I'm new here, but my understanding is, you shouldn't post in this section, unless you are talking about driving your RX8 through toronto, or going to see an RX8 ;)

But if you happen to be in Toronto, I think you're talking about Miedevil Times, but not sure if that's open all year round.

I'll probably park in Ajax (at my friends house) and then take transit from there (if I can!).

I really don't want to be driving around T.O. anyway, unless it's the outskirts, not going downtown with the 8 for sure.

WRT to meeting up with some other 8s...

What days will you be around? Tuesday or Wednesday might be good nights to get together with me, ZoomZoom, (and now I am purely speculating but hoping these guys step up to the plate!) Ron Jeremy, and maybe Pete (Pete? Where are you?)

Just a little fantasy of mine, but it would be really cool if we could get all 6 colours together at once: "Wing" (Red), "ZoomZoom" (blue), "Pete" (yellow), "Bulldog" (yellow) "Ron Jeremy" (black), "73JPS" (Titanium), and "awyeoman" (silver).

Are any or all of you guys (and of course anybody else who is interested!) willing to step up to the plate for a gathering next week when Wing is in town?

I suggest that we try for the Tuesday night because they have a better wing special (2 for 1) that night at Tom & Jerry's in Newmarket (some of the finest wings in the GTA). That's assuming that is where we will all be meeting?

Good to hear you are going to be in town ! Hockey Hall of Fame is at the BCE place, that's central downtown toronto. You can take the transit (TTC) there if you want. (get off at Union Station)

73JPS, just a suggestion, I understand you guys usually meet at NewMarket but have you considered having it some where in mid town some where this time ? you know seen all of us are from different parts of TO. ( or maybe 400 and Hwy 7 again ?)

Edit: I looked it up, it seems it would be better for me to either to go Newmarket on my way IN to T.O. or on my way OUT.

I'll see what's up, if I got Monday night we can do the sights tuesday and head out tuesday night, or something like that, or I can head in tuesday night and do the sights wednesday.

I have no problem meeting wherever we can get a consensus. Central would be good! 400/7, wherever, lets just get everyone to commit, then we'll set the place that jives for everyone!

I can't commit right now as I'm expecting my first grandchild any time now. My daughter was due yesterday, and she may hold out till next week...who knows?

The group picture with all colours represented is pretty cool. If Pete can't make it out, then I'll do my very best to come out for the picture, and snafu a couple of wings. Pete, where are you????

I live at the Ajax/Pickering Border -- doesnt take long to meet with the other 8 boyz ... tues and/or wed should be okay for me (anytime after 8 though)... pm me and c'mon by for a beer at my place if you like as well....
ps... i would worry too much about driving your 8 in the downtown areas... as long as you're not getting off the beaten path...
