Mine started to squeal :( It might because the weather has cooled down, my tib use to squeal until they warmed up, but even after driving they squeal :(

Yes my brakes started to make noise and its not real bad but its just enough to be annoying

I'm assuming Mazda used semi-metallic pads? Would this be why?

I just noticed the high pitch squeal coming from my brakes about a week ago, I think it started happening a little after the 3000 mile mark for me.

I'm having the same problem with the brakes squealing. I was also having a problem shifting into reverse and gears 1st-6th hesitated a little bit. It's in the shop now, so hopefully I'll find out whats going on soon.

I have 3200 miles now
brakes starting making noise around 2500

Same as here, after about 2000 miles it started to make noise.

Also I noticed they started to get a film of rust on them when left for a few hours :(
