I ordered rear mud flaps for my RX-8. After trying them on (removing one bolt and using a small piece of duct tape) I decided that I really prefer the stock look of the car and I am in the process of returning them.

However, for those of you who are interested in how the rear mud flaps are attached (as I was), I have attached a PDF of the installation instructions that came with the parts from Mazda.

If someone has rear mud flaps installed, a picture of the finished product would also be a nice post.
