The wife and I purchased a Blue Rx-8 A/T with touring, navigation, rear spoiler and appereance package. We drove the car from Spokane WA to Kennewick WA w/ air on and where happy to have gotten 21.7 MPG on our first tank. The AC worked just fine w/outside temp. at 94 fahrenheit. No door problems, no oil light problems. no problems at all(knock on wood).
We are very pleased with the performance,looks and quality of the 8 and are looking forward to years of enjoyment from it.:)

Nice. Been thinking about getting one in blue as well. Feel free to post some pics for the rest of us... especially those of us thinking about buying one :)
