whenever anyone sues for half a million+ in my opinion they better be physically maimed for life or have brain damage.

it just disgusts me when i see this stuff. like i'm not opposed to awarding some of those people money. but in a lot of those cases, i would say it'd max out at maybe 1-2K. of course they ask for 1-2 MILLION. anytime i see "emotional distress", "mental anguish" or "i can't see that any more without breaking down" i want to call bullshit and then punch the person in the face. :-/

I wonder why they wait so long to press an issue? It's obvious of course. They want money. When people get rich it's easy to want to find a way to get your cut too. It's funny how these things even get to trial when it's blatantly obvious that the plaintiff didn't care before the defendant got rich. If I were a judge, I'd throw the case out.

1 - He was dumb hooking up with a 15 year old
2 - She's obviously a money grubbing wh*re
