Finally picked up my titanium grey off the dealer.. So far i've got no complaints.

Even the power seems to be good and I came from a 91' MR2 Turbo. I haven't gone WOT on it yet since I only have 30miles on it so far. can't wait till i hit 600 miles!! =-]

I'm one happy camper right now, although I can't wait to get off from work tonight and get in the car.. =-]

My MR2 turbo is not modified, but its still fun to drive.. Too bad it burns more oil than the rx8 ever will... =-[

Ain't nothin' wrong with stock.

Yeah, the seals in those turbos could throw a bit of oil after a little while. The funny thing in my case was that it burnt more oil on long highway trips then when it was run hard. But I think that was partially due to the fact that I replaced the double action ABV with a BOV.

The problem with my MR2 isn't the turbo because I had it rebuilt not too long ago. But its still burning oil. I look under the car and found no oil puddle. So I'm pretty sure the piston seals are gone.. At least that's what I keep telling myself when I bought the 8 =-]
