Hi,

I noticed that the new 6AT RX8 does not come with traction control and limited slip differential as standard equipment? Is it neccessary to have these 2 for good handling? What is the impact with and without? Any gurus know?

I'm sure a LSD would be very helpful for handling but not traction control. Its more for safety, for the better driver traction control is limiting and in the end of the day, the car moves as command so its all driver.

how much does it cost to fix LSD or traction control onto the car? is it expensive to fix or it cannot be done.

ya i downloaded the JDM specs from mazda.co.jp website and indeed the LSD and traction control are optional in the base model. Only type e has them which cost a lot more.

Wonder how it is going to be tuned.

I think it should require more than just that.
