Well I started her up today to take her out for the first test drive with the turbo and found that my clutch pedal feels funky. It engages when just lifting off the pedal ever so slightly. I was thinking that the hydraulic system uses vacuum like the brakes, but I was still able to drive it and it builds boost to 5 psi and drives fine so I don't think there is a vacuum problem. The brakes work just fine, and it also idles around -60 kPa, which from what I gather is pretty decent.
I just read the clutch TSB and I'm pretty sure it's never been performed on my car, but I think it's a big coincidence that it would happen right after installing the turbo.
I know I didn't damage any wires or lines during the install, and my brake/clutch fluid reservoir is full. Is there anything I could be missing or am I just going to have to take it in for the clutch TSB? (trying to maximize the amount of time before I let the dealer know I installed a turbo :p: )
Oh, and there are no strange noises either.

Also, the clutch pedal was being weird yesterday when I did an idle check after the turbo install. It went to the floor like it's doing now but after a few pumps during idle it felt like the pressure built back up and it was fine. Today, I can't get the pressure to build back up.

This problem feels exactly like what happened in my last car (civic) when I found out I had a slow leak. The master cylinder reservoir level would slowly go down over the course of a couple of weeks and I would just have to fill it back up, start the car, and pump the pedal a few times and it would be back to normal. I don't think the problem is the same but I described it because the symptoms are the same.

It sounds like you got air into the system somehow. Have you bled the clutch slave?

Just to tie up loose ends on this one, I found out what the problem was.

I had my turbo oil supply line too far back and it was resting on the boot where the clutch release is on top of the tranny (also explains why it was a pain to start the threads on the line; not enough slack). The good thing is, I was able to pry the line up over the clutch lever assembly with the handle of a long screwdriver, all without uninstalling the line. Started her up and problem was gone, never been back since.

Just a heads up to all prospective turbo installers. :)
