Well i finally decided to install my pads which i brought overseas like a year ago.
And i went to the guys at Essendon Tyrepower to get it installed, seems to be a popular place to go these days:)

And i also asked about some enkei rims, but seems that there is no shippment coming in for the rp03s, and ricky told me that if i want them i might have to wait 12 weeks for them... oh wellz, there i go to continue on with my rim search.

anyway back to my pads, still bedding them in, nothing much to report for now. a few light squeals if i tried to push the brakes a little harder

Hey Taka, I have to talk to you about tyres when we go to Mt Dandenong. Have really crap tyres on at the moment. Sliding around all over the place even in the wet. And before anyone says anything, no it's not a good thing. Can't even build up any decent speed around corners. Keeps losing it too quickly. But I won't be putting any slicks or semi slicks on. Just want some good sticky tyres for driving around on the roads.

I have the Michelin PS2's as well and think they're worth every penny (although I wouldn't be unhappy if they dropped the price a bit!).

I recently replaced the Michelin Pilot Precedas on my MX5 with the new Pirelli Dragons. These cost me approx 35% less than a set of new Precedas and to be honest feel just as good on the road with just a fraction more noise but not by much!

A lot of V8 ute boyz are putting them on as they offer great traction for very reasonable price. Mine cost $230 each for 215/40 17's
