I have this annoying problem with Firefox, maybe someone knows the answer.
Every few months or so, Firefox (or windows? I think IE did it too) decides that it is time to reset everything. I'll boot up Firefox, and it asks me to enter a user profile or something. wtf? I click OK and then I'm in Firefox, but now all my bookmarks are wiped out, never to be seen again. :sigh: All my settings are set back to defaults. For example, I have Autocomplete set to OFF for URL's and passwords. I also have options in Firefox to clean up cookies and history once I exit, but that's now back at the defaults too and has to be reset.
What's going on, and how can I fix this problem?
