It takes the butt of a 350Z, 1953 Beetle, and Boxter, and basically turns it into the face. The most unique feature of the vehicle is the "swivel" chair ability. The driver and passenger seats can be turned 180 degrees through use of an electric motor, and there is a discrete steering column located on both ends of the interior. The reason is to suit drivers' preference, whether they like to have a huge rear view window for situational awareness, or a more traditional, smaller rear window.
