Well I just hit the 2 year mark with my 8, the verdict? Simply wonderful, man I'm glad I have this car. Took some leave last month to Canada and rented a Porsche Boxster...nice pickup but still cannot compete with the 8 on handling. Then I rented a 06 Mustang GT...what a POS! It's got V8 power, but it's like tossing a wet matress into the corners compared to the 8 :mdrmed:

Be proud o' bro's and sista's of the 8...it's an awesome machine, especially for the price. Now if I could just get another 2 km/l outta her on a full tank :) Hope youre enjoying yours as much as I'm enjoying mine.

Looks like a few of us bought our 8 around the same time. My 2 year anniversary is in November.

surprised that the boxster didn't handled that well.. I tried a 968 recently and found it rather heavy in handling. could really feel the weight of the 3l in front. but i was pretty balanced though.

Happy 2nd birthday, you young thing!

Celebrated 3rd birthday for mine couple of months back... gave her a REVi, Ramair and Amemiya tune!

It handled very well, but compared to my 8 it simply didn't provided the thrill factor that I've come to enjoy. I guess a Boxster S would a different story tho...

Hi Fab...yes you are still on the upgrade path bro! I don't think there's much left you can do on your 8 performance wise aside from taking the turbo plunge :)
